The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring and proactive sourcing strategies across the APR region to attract top active and passive talent. This includes partnering with hiring managers to design search strategies and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience is required, with a preference for those from the Financial/TCI industry or international corporate environments.

The Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end hiring while driving proactive sourcing strategies across the APR region. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment with strong active‑sourcing capabilities to identify, engage, and convert top talent—especially passive candidates—who align with Coface’s evolving workforce needs. By partnering closely with hiring managers and HR, the Recruiter will design targeted search strategies, ensure a high‑quality candidate pipeline, and deliver a positive and professional candidate experience. This position plays a key role in strengthening the region’s talent capabilities and supporting Coface’s growth ambitions.
