Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Ebilling Assistant to join our Billing team. This role provides enhanced responsibility, oversight and day-to-day leadership within the team while maintaining hands-on Ebilling & billing. This role plays a vital part in ensuring team efficiency, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high Ebilling & Billing standards across the department..
What you will do?
Act as the first point of contact for Ebilling queries from Billing team, providing operational support and troubleshooting day to day.
· Working closely with the Billing Supervisor daily and covering during times of absence, by monitoring Ebilling workloads, distributing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and conducting 1-2-1 with Billing Administrators.
· Assist with onboarding clients to Ebilling platforms, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with client requirements.
· Monitor Ebilling rejections, errors and resubmissions, resolving issues where possible or escalating appropriately.
· Promote 'right first time' and continuous improvement within the billing team, identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
· Provide support and training to team members, supporting their development and building confidence.
· Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to support smooth billing delivery.
Who you are
Experience 2 years working with multiple Ebilling portals and LEDES formats.
· Strong understanding of the Ebilling lifecycle from upload to approval.
· Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify and resolve data issues, and commitment to compliant, right-first-time submissions and billing.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to provide guidance to team members.
· Experience with Elite 3E and Excel.
· Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of working effectively under pressure.
