Overview:
This is a leadership role for someone who's eager to learn how we do things and take real ownership of the processes and systems that keep a small, independently owned business running smoothly. You'll get hands-on training and ongoing support from your manager as you grow into the role, with more responsibility coming as you build confidence in our processes.
As Office Manager, you'll oversee front desk and client-facing operations, customer service processes, inventory, procurement, and general office administration, while supervising front desk supervisors and staff.
If you've managed a front desk, reception team, or client-facing office before - in a medical or dental office, salon, real estate office, gym, or similar - this role will feel familiar. Hotel experience is not required.
This is a hands-on leadership role at a small business. You'll be doing the customer service work yourself day to day, as well as supervising the team you work alongside.
