Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least three years of experience in operations engineering, sales engineering, or technical marketing within the electrical industry. Preferred qualifications include an engineering degree, project management experience, and knowledge of medium voltage control assemblies.

The role provides exposure to product management, technical marketing, and cross-functional leadership while supporting growth across North America.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year.

The Associate Product Manager for MVCA will be responsible for supporting the MVCA product line strategic 1 – 5 year outlook. This includes supporting the Product Manager and Product Line Manager with collection of “voice-of-customer” to drive our product roadmap. It includes the support of key new product development releases and also includes developing and improving business process and system tools needed to support MVCA growth across North America.
