Requires at least 3 years of diesel or heavy equipment repair experience and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment & Fleet Mechanic to support our growing operations in Charlotte. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse fleet of ready-mix concrete trucks, dump trucks, trailers, mobile construction equipment, and plant support equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.
