The custodial team member is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of assigned facilities to meet safety and image standards. Duties include cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, as well as managing custodial supplies and equipment.
Candidates must have knowledge of custodial techniques and equipment, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle are required for travel between locations.
