The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the daily maintenance and appearance of residential buildings and grounds. They also prepare vacant rental units for occupancy and respond to resident maintenance requests.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and one to three years of related maintenance experience. Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks and computer skills are required, with HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.

Position Overview and Responsibilities
At Sentral, we are building a team of people-first focused individuals who thrive on going above and beyond. The Maintenance Technician IIassists in the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds at a residential property location according to established standards. Prepares rental units for occupancy.
This is an in-person position located on-site of the property. This position requires a rotating on-call schedule.
