We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Support Specialist with a focus on Automation and AI to serve as the critical bridge between our Business Network customers, internal support operations, and core engineering teams. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues, build and maintain automation workflows, and help us integrate AI-driven tooling into day-to-day support operations.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. Salary Range: $72,160- $108,240; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
