About the Role
This is a Full-Stack Software Developer role aimed at new graduates and early-career developers ready to build their careers on a high-impact platform team. You'll join Launchpad, the team that builds the tools and automation behind deploying Solace brokers across public clouds and self-managed environments, running upgrades safely at scale, and keeping the operations behind Solace Cloud running smoothly.
You'll work in an AI-integrated development environment from day one — pairing with AI coding assistants like Claude Code to learn faster, write better code, and ship more. If you're excited about combining full-stack development with Kubernetes, cloud, and modern AI-assisted workflows, we want to hear from you.

Expected Salary Range: Expected salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $105,000. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
