Develop and refine AI use cases, prompts, and workflows using Microsoft tools
Build dashboards and data solutions to uncover insights and drive decision-making
Partner with technology teams to support scaling and production deployment of solutions
Identify reusable patterns and solutions that can be applied across the organization
Business Process Improvement & Analysis
Analyze current workflows and data flows, including decision logic and key data inputs, to identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities and inform solution design.
Map business needs to available tools to define best-fit solutions
Translate insights into build-ready concepts and working prototypes
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Partner with business users as “citizen builders” to co-develop and iterate solutions
Act as a translator between business and technology, simplifying complex concepts into practical applications
Drive adoption through hands-on collaboration, coaching, and light enablement materials
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and business-led innovation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, process improvement, or solution development
Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into working solutions or prototypes
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claud, ChatGPT) and data tools (Power BI preferred)
Experience building dashboards, workflows, or prototypes (Power BI, Power Platform, or similar tools strongly preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down and design solutions from complex processes
Experience working with stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable technology-enabled solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
