Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in requirement gathering and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience in the Public Sector and Non-Profitorganizations will be highly valued as we expand our services to meet the unique needs of these clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of our clients’ business processes and requirements to understand their needs fully and document their Salesforce requirements.
Utilize expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Omni Studio to design and implement solutions that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
Transform business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
Create detailed business requirement documentation, user stories, and to-be process flow diagrams.
Serve as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure effective implementation.
Provide guidance on best practices and governance for Salesforce usage within the Public Sector and Non-Profit domains.
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure user adoption of new features and functionalities.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Experience working with Public Sector and Non-Profit organizations is highly desirable.
