What you'll do:

In this role you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

As a Business Analyst with us, you'll be responsible for:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to inform project scope and objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize user stories and use cases.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A degree in Business, economics, or information technology (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Proven experience working on Agile projects.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing use cases.
• Very good knowledge of English (written & oral).

Nice to have:

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis methodologies.
• Certification in business analysis or Agile practices.
