HELPLINE Lille recherche ses nouveaux talents sur la fonction de Technicien Helpdesk au sein du centre de services à Marcq-En-Barœul ainsi que chez nos clients en Métropole Lilloise.

Accueillir les demandes de nos clients (par téléphone, tchat et mail) ;
Qualifier la demande suivant la nomenclature ;
Traiter l’incident suivant les procédures ;
Apporter des réponses prédéfinies adaptées à la demande et aux besoins de l'utilisateur ;
Assurer le suivi des dossiers.
