HELPLINE Lille recherche ses nouveaux talents sur la fonction de Technicien Helpdesk au sein du centre de services à Marcq-En-Barœul ainsi que chez nos clients en Métropole Lilloise.

  • Accueillir les demandes de nos clients (par téléphone, tchat et mail) ; 
  • Qualifier la demande suivant la nomenclature ; 
  • Traiter l’incident suivant les procédures ; 
  • Apporter des réponses prédéfinies adaptées à la demande et aux besoins de l'utilisateur ; 
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers.

Postes ouverts aux profils débutants et confirmés. Rémunération fourchette de 22500 à 23400 annuel brut.
