Dans le cadre de son développement, HEPLINE recherche un Business Analyst H/F pour une mission auprès de l’un de nos clients du secteur bancaire, basé à Champagne au Mont d'Or.
🎯Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Analyser les besoins métier et évaluer les impacts sur les processus et outils.
Cadrer les projets, animer les ateliers et concevoir les solutions fonctionnelles.
Rédiger les User Stories, contribuer à la priorisation du backlog et accompagner les équipes de développement.
Définir et exécuter la stratégie de recette fonctionnelle (XRAY ou équivalent).
Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des déploiements et assurer le support fonctionnel de niveau 2.
Collaborer avec les équipes métier, Produit et IT dans un environnement Agile.
Expérience confirmée en Business Analysis dans un environnement Agile.
Maîtrise du recueil des besoins, de l'animation d'ateliers, de la rédaction de User Stories et des tests fonctionnels.
Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de communication et de synthèse.
Autonomie, rigueur et force de proposition.
Une connaissance du domaine bancaire et du crédit est un plus.
Esprit d’équipe et partage de connaissances
Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à être force de proposition
Bon relationnel avec des interlocuteurs techniques et métiers
Capacité à garder son sang-froid en situation d’incident
