ABOUT KALLES GROUP:
Everyone deserves to be secure. Our mission at Kalles Group is to help secure the future for companies of all shapes and sizes.
While our expertise spans multiple disciplines, our method remains consistent: building trust and relationship with people -- whether you are a client, a consultant, or--in this case--a candidate.
No matter what role you come from--whether you're an executive or just starting your career-you can expect our highest level of attention and respect. We want to find the right fit for each role, but we also want you to find the right fit for your career.
We believe the best way to show you what our team is like is to treat you like you're already a part of it. We hope you'll consider joining our team of experienced professionals who are building their careers at Kalles Group—and having fun while doing it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Enterprise Strategic Portfolio Manager plays a central role in connecting strategy to execution across our client's organization. This role is responsible for shaping how programs are prioritized, governed, and delivered so that investments consistently advance enterprise objectives. You’ll design approaches that guide decision-making, help leaders weigh trade-offs, and ensure visibility into program performance at every level.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thrives in fast-changing environments, and knows how to align diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Prioritization
Create and champion a structured prioritization approach that balances long-term vision with immediate operational needs.
Define criteria that measure the strategic value, risk, and feasibility of proposed initiatives.
Managing the Enterprise Program Portfolio
Lead scenario planning activities that help executives choose the right mix of programs and investments.
Build and maintain clear roadmaps that demonstrate how programs connect to organizational goals.
Track performance to confirm that initiatives are delivering tangible results.
Partnering with Leaders
Work alongside executives to define what success looks like, measure benefits, and adjust investments as business priorities evolve.
Provide leaders with concise reporting, dashboards, and analysis that inform decision-making.
Facilitate alignment conversations that keep everyone focused on enterprise-level objectives.
Enabling Change & Improvement
Simplify governance processes so decisions can be made quickly and efficiently.
Promote continuous improvement within program and portfolio practices.
Support organizational adaptability by ensuring processes remain flexible as business needs shift.
ABOUT YOU:
Your values:
Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field
7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio oversight, or enterprise-level planning
Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM or comparable platforms)
Experience influencing senior executives and guiding strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with proven stakeholder engagement success
A track record of improving processes and driving organizational change
Previous experience as a consultant is highly desirable!
WHAT SUCCESS IN THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
Consistent adoption of an enterprise prioritization approach across the organization
Clearer, faster, and more transparent investment decisions
Demonstrated improvement in program outcomes and alignment with strategic goals
WHAT WE OFFER:
The annual salary range for this role is $140,000-$180,000.
LOCATION:
This role requires on-site presence at our client's location in Issaquah, WA. We are only considering candidates that currently live in the Greater Seattle, WA area.
HOW TO APPLY:
Please fill out the form below (including uploading your most recent resume) and we'll be in touch! We know imposter syndrome can be a barrier to many great applicants. We hope you'll still consider applying. That's why we've made the application process as short and simple as possible.
Even if you're not a fit for the role, you can expect to hear back from us! We want you to have the best experience as a candidate, so please feel free to share feedback at any stage of the process to [email protected].
