About Suno
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfillment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.
Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).
About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Director, Marketing Campaigns to lead the conception, development, and execution of bold, culture-shaping campaigns that bring Suno’s brand to life around the world. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Creative, you’ll set the creative vision for our marketing campaigns—translating Suno’s mission of unlocking music for everyone into ideas that move audiences, define moments, and drive growth.
In this role, you’ll lead an integrated creative practice that spans brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships, content franchises, and tentpole cultural moments. You’ll shape the work end-to-end—from insight and strategy to concept, craft, and final execution—partnering with designers, writers, art directors, producers, filmmakers, marketers, and external partners to ensure every output meets the highest creative bar.
This is a role for a seasoned creative leader who thinks like a strategist, makes like a maker, and inspires like a director. You’ve built campaigns that have entered the cultural conversation, and you know how to balance ambitious storytelling with the operational rigor that high-volume marketing requires. You bring a clear point of view, an eye for craft across every medium, and the instincts to know when an idea is ready to ship—and when it needs another pass.
Set the creative vision for Suno’s marketing campaigns, developing a distinctive, ownable creative voice that scales across brand, product, partnerships, and cultural moments.
Lead the concepting and execution of integrated campaigns from insight to launch—owning the work across film, social, digital, OOH, experiential, partnerships, and emerging formats.
Partner with the Brand & Creative studio teams to evolve Suno’s brand expression, voice, and visual aesthetic, ensuring every campaign deepens equity and feels unmistakably Suno.
Direct and inspire a multidisciplinary team of art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, and external creative partners—building a high-trust environment where great ideas can come from anywhere.
Translate marketing and business objectives into creative briefs that unlock big ideas, with clear strategic intent and a sharp creative POV.
Pitch, sell, and shepherd ideas across the organization, presenting work persuasively to executive leadership and building cross-functional alignment around ambitious creative bets.
Lead production end-to-end, selecting and managing directors, photographers, animators, agencies, and production partners to deliver work at the highest level of craft.
Champion craft across every medium, holding a relentlessly high bar for writing, design, art direction, motion, sound, and storytelling.
Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Social, Content, Communications, Partnerships, and Product to ensure campaigns ladder to business priorities and integrate seamlessly across channels.
Use cultural fluency and audience insight to identify the moments, formats, and collaborators that will make Suno’s work resonate—especially with creators, fans, and music communities.
Establish creative principles, processes, and rituals that protect the work, raise the bar over time, and help the creative team operate at its best.
Mentor and develop creative talent, growing the next generation of leaders within Suno’s creative organization.
What You’ll Need
10+ years of experience leading creative for ambitious brands, with a portfolio of work spanning integrated campaigns, brand platforms, and culture-defining moments—ideally at a top creative agency, in-house brand, music or entertainment company, or consumer tech leader.
A standout body of work that demonstrates conceptual range, craft excellence, and the ability to drive cultural impact across media.
Proven experience as a creative leader who has built and inspired multidisciplinary teams of art directors, designers, writers, and producers.
Deep fluency across creative disciplines—art direction, copywriting, design, film, motion, photography, and emerging formats—with the ability to give precise, generative feedback at every stage of the work.
Track record of leading large-scale productions end-to-end, including selecting directors and partners, running shoots, and delivering across film, photography, social-first content, and experiential.
Strategic instincts: you can sit with ambiguity, identify the sharpest creative opportunity, and translate business objectives into ideas that travel.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire executives, internal teams, and external collaborators around a shared creative vision.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, building trust with cross-functional partners across Growth, Product Marketing, Social, Content, Brand, Communications, and Product.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ambition environment, balancing long-horizon brand building with the pace and volume of an always-on marketing org.
A point of view on culture, music, and creative technology—you understand where audiences are headed, and you’re excited to use AI and new tools as part of the creative process.
A passion for music, creativity, and emerging technology; you’re energized by leading the work that defines a category-creating brand.
