Develop and scale an AI-native compliance operating system for financial institutions. Responsibilities include building AI agents for insider trading detection and scaling high-volume message archiving systems.
Requires 5-8 years of industry experience with strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and AWS. Candidates should have experience in scalable data infrastructure and knowledge of AI/ML algorithms.

As a member of the engineering team, you'll get the opportunity to solve challenging technical problems — from building AI agents to detect insider trading to scaling message archiving systems that handle tens of millions of messages per day. You'll also work alongside a group of world-class engineers.
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, based in our NoMad, NYC office.

Strong programming skills in Node.js and React
Experience architecting secure, scalable systems in AWS
Experience developing scalable data infrastructure
Knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in the financial industry is a plus, but not necessary
