The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for optimizing the Salesforce environment for scalability and performance while managing user permissions and security. They will lead system upgrades and create advanced analytics dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
Candidates need 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience and proficiency with Data Loader and MS Excel. Optional skills include development experience with Visualforce, HTML, CSS, or experience with Workday and Google Apps Suite.
Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, security settings, and data integrity.
Manage and optimize system configurations, automation (Flows, Process Builder,
Workflow Rules), and page layouts to support evolving business needs.
Lead system upgrades, new release evaluations, and feature adoption for Salesforce and Einstein Analytics.
Maintain data quality and governance, ensuring reliable reporting and compliance.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for Salesforce
features and Einstein dashboards.
Provide mentorship and training to junior admins or power users.
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to support
larger Salesforce initiatives and integrations.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills (written and verbal)
3-5 Years of experience performing Salesforce Administrator functions
Proficient with Data Loader or Data Integration applications
Proficient with data analysis and report creation
Ability to proactively identify and deliver creative solutions to complex issues
High level of proficiency with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, charts/graphs)
Development Experience on the Salesforce platform (Visualforce, HTML, CSS, etc)
Other ERP Administration experience ex: Workday
Google Apps Suite experience (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc)
