Full job description
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

WHO YOU ARE Snowflake is seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to own and scale Snowflake's premier co-marketing program that puts our most strategic, iconic customers at the center of our biggest storytelling moments.
You are the architect of Snowflake's most visible customer moments: flagship films, marquee keynote appearances, integrated paid campaigns, and web experiences that put our best customers on the world's biggest stages. At the same time, you are grounded in the fundamentals of customer marketing, sourcing the right customer voices, building durable advocacy, and turning technical outcomes into reference-ready narratives that create mutual value across the customer lifecycle. You see customer storytelling as a growth lever, not just a content exercise, a way to deepen trust with strategic accounts and act as a true partner to Sales.
You thrive at the intersection of executive relationship management, campaign strategy, and creative ambition. You know how to find the right story, earn the trust of a Fortune 500 CDO, navigate complex brand and legal approvals, and orchestrate a cross-functional team from concept through launch. You are equally comfortable in a room with a customer's Head of Communications and in a working session with a creative agency, and you operate with a bias toward bold storytelling, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and a deep commitment to making the customer the hero.
This role reports to the Director of Customer Marketing and partners closely with Brand, Creative, Social, PR, ABM, Executive Communications, and Web teams, as well as Snowflake's external agency partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own the end-to-end program for a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, from account discovery and story qualification through campaign concepting, production, launch, and reporting
Put the customer first by building trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake's top customers and telling their stories in ways that create mutual value
Identify, qualify, and curate Snowflake's most compelling customer stories, working closely with AEs and account teams to determine fit and secure executive buy-in
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, using high-visibility storytelling and executive engagement to strengthen relationships with our most strategic customers and support account retention, expansion, and growth
Lead customer pitches for program participation, building relationships with Communications, Marketing, and executive stakeholders at the world's most recognizable brands
Develop full co-marketing campaign concepts, ensuring narratives lead with customer impact and resonate at Tier 1 media scale
Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each campaign, including flagship films, homepage takeovers, paid and organic social, web hubs, case studies, press releases, and earned media
Serve as the central orchestrator across Brand, Creative, Social, Web, PR, ABM, and Exec Comms throughout the campaign lifecycle, owning timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness
Secure customer approvals on all co-created assets, navigating complex brand and legal review processes with patience and persistence
Connect campaigns to Snowflake's highest-visibility moments, Summit keynotes, product launches, and marquee events, sourcing and prepping customer speakers from selection through execution
Strategically recruit, nurture, and manage a portfolio of customer advocates, maintaining a rigorous pipeline of prospective customers across industry verticals with Sales and Marketing leadership
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and pipeline health; deliver monthly program status updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
A customer-obsessed mindset with an instinct for the stories that move markets - and the patience and persistence to bring those stories to life
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, including communications leads, and CDOs, at enterprise-scale organizations
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the role customer marketing and advocacy play across acquisition, expansion, and retention
Deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder co-marketing or integrated campaigns from brief through launch
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams across creative, web, social, PR, and executive communications simultaneously
Strong judgment about narrative - you know when a story is truly ready to go big, and you know how to get it there
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives both internally and externally
Experience managing agency relationships and translating creative feedback effectively
Highly organized, self-directed, and effective operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
8+ years of experience in customer marketing, co-marketing, executive programs, or integrated campaign management in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
Experience running white-glove, high-touch customer programs at Tier 1 enterprise accounts, especially those involving complex brand approval processes
A track record of producing premium content formats: customer films, marquee event speaker programs, and integrated paid campaigns with recognizable brand logos
Familiarity with corporate communications dynamics and the sensitivities of co-marketing with publicly traded or privacy-conscious enterprise brands
Ability to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Wrike
LET’S DO THIS!
