Load and unload trucks, and other conveyances.
Move supplies and materials to proper location by wheelbarrow or hand truck.
Stack materials for storage or binning, collect reuse and salvageable materials.
Move and arrange heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances per customer request.
Ensure proper handling of all equipment and supplies.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain all safety requirements while performing tasks.
Accurately track moves, deliveries, and other requests for reporting purposes.
Report damages and emergency situations promptly.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)
High School diploma or General Equivalency diploma (GED) required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to define problems and provide solutions.
Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines on a daily basis.
Excellent customer service skills; requires excellent verbal and written skills and ability to accept and follow directions
