Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field with at least 4 years of supervisory experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass DC background clearances are mandatory.

For almost 50 years, Sasha Bruce has implemented innovative interventions aimed at ending youth homelessness in the DC region. Today, the programs in DC and Prince George’s County, MD, reach over 6,500 runaway, homeless, abused, and neglected youth, and their families.

The Sasha Bruce Therapeutic Group Home is one of Sasha Bruce’s newest programs serving children and youth ages 13-21 from foster care who present with an Axis 1 diagnosis. The program has a high level of structure, supervision, behavior management/modification, and clinical intervention due to the nature of the emotional and behavioral conditions.
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Manager of the Sasha Bruce Allen House is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program. This includes compliance with all grants and contractual agreements, personnel, program implementation, building maintenance, program finances, administrative systems and daily reporting. The Case Manager services as a liaison to SBY’s administrative staff, other SBY programs and the community at large.
