The Service Coordinator provides case management and housing support to participants, acting as a liaison between tenants and building management. They are responsible for maintaining documentation, conducting home visits, and ensuring program compliance through monthly reporting.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree and at least three years of experience in a mental or behavioral health environment. Experience in scattered site or supportive housing is required.
