The Administrative Assistant will provide operational support for the sanctuary site, including managing phone inquiries and scheduling meetings. Additional duties involve maintaining compliance records, coordinating supplies, and managing timecards.
Candidates must possess an associate degree and at least two years of administrative experience in a facilities management setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Some specific duties include, but are not limited to responding to internal and external phone inquiries, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining records for compliance, coordinating and ordering supplies and managing timecards.
Requirements:
Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
