Oversee the daily activities of the Maintenance Department to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and compliant with regulations. Supervise the team in the operation and repair of mechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience operating mechanical systems and managing maintenance budgets. Candidates must be licensed according to applicable standards and able to interpret technical schematics.

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following all applicable standards and regulations. You will supervise the team and assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will also plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations, as well as track spending and labor budgets.
