Be part of the Incluso service journey, where we aim to become Australia’s leading service provider in accommodation, respite, and support services.

At Incluso Services we are focused on “Building the World that we Want” and as such, ensuring that people with a disability are well cared for and can access high quality community engagement services. Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life.

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring participants receive safe, consistent, and high-quality support aligned with their individual goals and care plans. This is more than a coordination role, it is an opportunity to shape team culture, strengthen service delivery, and positively impact the lives of participants and support workers alike.

You will lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative environment while ensuring operational excellence and compliance within the NDIS framework.

This role is a full-time hybrid position based in Adelaide, South Australia.

What you’ll do:

Assist with the onboarding and induction of new support workers, ensuring they are well-prepared, confident, and aligned with organisational values and participant needs.
  • Develop and implement effective matching strategies to ensure support workers are paired with participants based on skills, personality, preferences, and care requirements to promote strong, consistent relationships.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating team culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and performance support to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager regarding workforce planning, service delivery, and budget considerations to ensure sustainable and compliant operations.
  • Ensure support workers clearly understand, follow, and accurately implement participant care plans and risk management strategies.
  • Understand, apply, and contribute to the development and refinement of organisational policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, families, and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and consistent support.
  • Support rostering processes by allocating shifts promptly and accurately in alignment with service agreements, participant goals, and care delivery requirements.
  • Participate in an on-call roster once per month to ensure continuity of care and timely response to urgent matters.
  • Other reasonable duties as directed

What you’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for supporting people and responding to individual needs with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Demonstrated understanding of NDIS compliance obligations, including accurate and timely documentation, participant record management, and the development and maintenance of service agreements
  • Proven experience in an NDIS Team Leader role within the disability or community services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme framework and industry standards.
  • Experience in direct support work and leading or coordinating teams (highly regarded).
  • High-level understanding of the SCHADS Award and its practical application in workforce management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team toward achieving organisational goals and high standards of customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What we would like you to have:

  • Authorised to work in South Australia.
  • Valid Driver License
  • An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector.
  • Certificate III Individual Support/Disability/HR or studying towards the qualification will be highly regarded for these positions.
  • Have experience in coordinating a team in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • This position involves interacting with clients who speak Arabic. Proficiency in Arabic is highly regarded.
