At Legendary Therapy, we do more than place therapists — we build careers, confidence, and community.
Founded in 2007 by seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist Rachel Weiss Schneiderman, Legendary Therapy was built on a simple but powerful belief: therapists deserve real support, especially at the start of their journey.
With over 15 years of experience in the New York City school system, we’ve become a trusted partner for both therapists and educational institutions. We specialize in helping Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) grow through personalized mentorship, strong supervision, and meaningful school-based placements.
Our Services:
• Clinical Fellowship Placement
Structured support, experienced supervisors, and school opportunities aligned with each CF’s goals.
• Speech Therapy Staffing for Schools
We partner with public, charter, and private schools across NYC to provide highly qualified, culturally aware, and school-ready SLPs.
• Ongoing Clinical Supervision
Comprehensive supervision that helps CFs and SLPs meet certification requirements while building confidence and clinical excellence.
• Professional Development & Mentorship
Hands-on guidance and growth-focused learning designed to support long-term success.
• Community & Career Support
Legendary Therapy is more than an agency — it’s a community where therapists connect, grow, and feel supported.
Today, our network includes more than 80 professionals serving 100+ schools across New York City.
We’re redefining what support looks like for therapists — and helping ensure every student receives exceptional care from clinicians who feel empowered to do their best.
