We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Center Director.

Core Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise and lead preschool teachers, aides, and support staff; hire, train, and provide professional development; evaluate staff performance
Program Development: Design and implement educational programs aligned with national, state, and local standards; set learning goals and maintain instructional excellence
Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities, ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment, and maintain facility cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
Budget & Resources: Prepare budgets, allocate funds, manage supplies, and control costs
Parent & Community Engagement: Communicate with parents/guardians about children’s progress, address concerns, and coordinate with community organizations
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to licensing, child protection, and educational standards; act as mandated reporter when required
Event & Activity Planning: Organize educational events, field trips, and special activities to support learning
