✅ Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (meals, dressing, hygiene, personal care)
Teach and reinforce essential life skills such as cooking, shopping, and household tasks
Administer medications and assist with health routines (paid training provided)
Accompany individuals to medical appointments and community outings
Encourage social engagement, independence, and participation in meaningful activities
Accurately document services and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
Respond to challenges with patience, respect, and sensitivity

Qualifications🕒 Work Schedule
Full-time & Part time shifts available including weekends and holidays as needed.
Available Schedules
7:00 am - 3:00 pm
8:00 am - 3:30 pm
3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
11:00 pm - 9:00 am
Compensation
Compensation starts at 18.00 hourly - 19.50 hourly
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
New York State Driver's License is required
Or NY State permit and receiving your driver's license within your 90 days
Willingness to complete and maintain required certifications with (a condition of employment):
AMAP (Medication Administration)
CPR / First Aid
SCIP-R (Crisis Intervention)
Attendance at all scheduled trainings is mandatory
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate, can-do attitude
