The Teen Mentor assists in delivering 4-H after-school programming and research-based curriculum for youth in grades K-8. They serve as a positive role model and support participants in completing academic activities to improve learning skills.
Applicants must have experience relevant to the role and the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences and community leaders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills are preferred.
