The BCBA is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. Additionally, they supervise and train Behavior Technicians and mentor BATs and BCaBAs within an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and be a certified BCBA with a current Texas LBA license. Two years of experience as a BCBA is preferred.
