The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for families and applicants, managing incoming calls and inquiries via phone, text, and email. They are responsible for scheduling consultations, maintaining accurate records in company software, and supporting team goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs is required, along with reliable transportation for in-office attendance.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for families seeking care and for applicants interested in joining our team. Your kindness, professionalism, and communication skills will help create a positive first impression while connecting people with the support they need.
This position is primarily office-based and involves:
Availability is needed Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Hours may vary, and future opportunities for evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts may be available. MUST be able to come in office 1 day a week.
