The Career Advisor provides comprehensive career counseling and coaching to help job seekers identify occupational interests and enhance their professional skillsets. They also conduct intake processes, determine program eligibility, and guide participants through workforce development tools and services.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate or Undergraduate degree preferred. Previous related workforce experience is preferred, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
