Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care to ensure comfort and dignity for patients with life-limiting illnesses. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team and provide clinical direction to hospice aides and LPNs.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. A minimum of one year of hospice experience is preferred, with two or more years strongly preferred.

As a PRN Hospice Field RN, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses—primarily in the place they call home. You’ll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions in the field while being fully supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
This role is ideal for an experienced hospice RN who values flexibility, independence, and deeply meaningful work.
