Responsibilities
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in center-based or home-based settings. Collect and record data to track client progress and collaborate with families and supervisors to meet treatment goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and a passion for helping children and families are required.
$22.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 19.00 for each billable client hour worked
17.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.
Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level

What You’ll Do
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
Collect and record data to track client progress
Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
What We’re Looking For
