The Maintenance Director is responsible for the physical upkeep of the community, including daily facility walkthroughs and resident work order completion. They also manage vendor relationships, oversee maintenance budgets, and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Maintenance Director, preferably in senior living or multifamily property management. Proficiency in painting, drywall repair, and the use of standard power tools is required.
