The e-Commerce Sales Associate guides customers through the vehicle purchase process by responding to online and phone leads while providing an exceptional in-store experience. They are responsible for negotiating terms, closing deals, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support their ownership experience.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Prior sales or retail experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a desire to work with technology.
