The Therapy Aide provides clerical support and assists licensed therapists in implementing treatment programs for patients with brain injuries. Key duties include performing patient transfers, documenting progress, and managing administrative tasks.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while some college and CNA or MA certification are preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and manipulating patients and equipment up to 150 pounds.

Responsibilities
The Clinic/Therapy Aide I or II will perform necessary clerical duties and with assist with patient treatments as directed. Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work with other staff and departments within a team to ensure quality patient care. Primary responsibilities are assisting with activities in a variety of departments. Duties may include answering phones, and clerical duties including data entry. May accompany patients to appointments. Work is full time during the weekdays, Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Work is performed at the clinic with occasional work in the community or residential site. Your key responsibilities will include:
