The server is responsible for greeting residents, taking food orders, and ensuring the dining room is clean and properly set for all meals. They must also maintain food safety standards and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance the dining experience for seniors.
Candidates should have 6 months to one year of related experience and be able to obtain a food handler certification within 60 days. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions.
