The Lead MST Therapist provides clinical supervision and support to other therapists while managing a small caseload of families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing cognitive behavioral interventions, and collaborating with external stakeholders like schools and courts.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a professional license (LMSW, LMFT, MHC, or related) with at least 2 years of experience in evidence-based treatment. Experience in family therapy, in-home counseling, and the juvenile justice system is highly desired.
