As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be part of that mission. You’ll help kids build communication, independence, and confidence—and you’ll be supported every step of the way by a team that values your growth just as much as theirs.
Being a Behavior Technician is active, hands-on, and deeply meaningful. You’ll spend most of your day working 1:1 with kids (ages 2–12), helping them build skills that support their growth at home, school, and in everyday life.

We provide interdisciplinary care for children with autism and developmental needs across 8 centers from Lake Bluff to Bucktown, plus a dedicated Neuropsychology Testing Center in Des Plaines. It takes a village. Ours is licensed. BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, neuropsychologists, and mental health providers work side by side — often co-treating the same child — so families get a coordinated plan, not a coordination problem. Our SLPs work in AAC, feeding, and language development. Our OTs handle sensory integration, fine motor, and school readiness. Our BCBAs focus on individualized ABA. None of it happens in isolation. Our centers are loud, bright, joyful places. Spirit weeks. Team dinners. The coworker who shows up on a hard afternoon without being asked. The kid who says their first word and the whole center hears about it. That’s the culture we mean when we say culture. For families: integrated care that adapts to your child, not the other way around.
