The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for overseeing the delivery of resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the clinical budget. They will lead the nursing and assisted living staff, coordinate care conferences, and maintain high standards of resident safety and service.
Candidates must hold an active LPN, LVN, or RN license and possess experience managing clinical teams in a senior living or hospital setting. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, strong leadership skills, and a valid driver's license are required for this role.

This position is responsible for directing the Health and Wellness Program and ensuring that Senior Lifestyle standards and state requirements for resident care are met. The Director of Health and Wellness will direct staff, ensure regulatory compliance and be responsible for the management of the clinical budget.
