The RN provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care for patients in a residential facility, partnering with an interdisciplinary team to maintain a therapeutic milieu. Key duties include performing assessments, administering medications, managing IVs/NG tubes, and supervising nursing support staff.
Candidates must hold an active Illinois Registered Nurse license and a Basic Life Support certification. Effective communication skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations are required, with mental health experience preferred.

Schedule: PRN (as-needed) overnight shift, 6:30pm-7am. Working onsite at ERC Pathlight's child/adolescent residential facility in Northbrook, IL. Active Illinois RN license required.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to meet the needs of each assigned patient within the ERC Pathlight system. They will partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and a consistently therapeutic milieu for all patients.
As a leader of the health care team, the RN provides professional nursing care, utilizing sound clinical judgement, in alignment with ERC Pathlight’s established standards of care, policies, and procedures. They are expected to remain flexible, demonstrate effective, efficient care while maintaining quality, in alignment with ERC Pathlight’s vision, mission, and strategic plan. All teammates are expected to treat patients, families, and co-workers with dignity and respect. The RN may be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
