The occupational therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help children build independence in daily activities and fine motor skills. They will also co-treat and coordinate care with SLPs and BCBAs while maintaining accurate documentation and partnering with families.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current Texas license and NBCOT certification. The role requires 1–2 years of clinical experience, with a preference for pediatric backgrounds and strong clinical reasoning skills.
