Position Summary:
The Safety Training Supervisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs focused on safety, compliance, equipment operation and site management. This includes leading orientation safety sessions, conducting OSHA-related and forklift/MHE training,supporting the administration of the company’s training management system and site management. The ideal candidate will help onboard new associates with both technical skills and safety awareness, while actively promoting a culture of continuous learning and compliance. This role may require travel to support remote facilities and consistent adherence to company-wide safety and GMP standards.
Work Location: This is an on-site role in West Jefferson, OH
Work Schedule: Flexible on-site schedule; ability to address challenges after business hours as needed.
Travel: 0-10% and could include training the trainer opportunities at our growing start-up sites across the country.
Competitive Total Rewards Package: We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$90,000, plus a performance-based yearly bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays.
