The EMT-B serves as part of a two-person care team providing prehospital emergency responses and patient transport. They are responsible for operating and maintaining PTN vehicles to ensure readiness for calls.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be a certified EMT Basic in Ohio, with Michigan licensure obtained within 30 days. Required certifications include CPR, with BCLS, ITLS, and PEPP to be obtained within six months of hire.
Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
The EMT-B/PTN is a member of a two-person care team on an ambulance. You perform prehospital emergency responses, transport patients from one facility to another and assist in patient care under the direction of the paramedic.
In this role, you will operate and maintain PTN vehicles, ensuring they are safe and ready to respond when called.
