The lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers by monitoring pool activities. They must enforce safety rules and guidelines while treating all guests with respect.
Candidates must be First Aid and CPR certified with the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. A positive attitude and the ability to remain focused for extended periods are required.
