11th Tee & Beverage Cart Attendant

Previous hospitality experience is an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Taking and relaying food and beverage orders.
• Accurately entering orders and member numbers
• Ability to use POS and credit card systems
• Handling complaints and concerns of members and guests.
• Providing food and beverage product knowledge.
• Practicing responsible alcohol service.
• Following and executing food and beverage prep charts
• Communicating to the kitchen when needed regarding food quantities
• Keeping the equipment and area clean
• Being aware of your surroundings while on the course
• Respectful golf etiquette on the course
• Identify and report infractions to supervisors as necessary

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

• Upholding high service standards when serving members and their guests
• Good communication skills - confident speaking with members, guests and colleagues.
• Problem solver - ability to understand and resolve issues.
• Ability to provide great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.
• Serving it right certificate.
• Age 19+ for serving alcohol.
• Valid drivers license is required

Transportation to our location is difficult. Employees need ample time if relying on public transit or their own vehicles.

• Hourly wage rate: $25.25
