The bartender is responsible for taking orders, preparing traditional and creative cocktails, and providing recommendations to club members. Additionally, they must maintain bar cleanliness, manage inventory, and handle payment transactions.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and are preferred to have experience in hospitality or a mixology certification. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
Established in 1929, the Racquets Club is a private, family-oriented club located in the heart of Old Short Hills. It offers swimming, tennis, platform tennis, squash and social activities for its membership of all ages. A year-round athletic and social calendar has made the club an ideal place to gather for recreation and relaxation. The clubhouse offers formal elegance in a relaxed atmosphere. It is a great venue for special gatherings such as birthdays, weddings, school functions and professional meetings, as well as daily dining for members.
