The Member Service Representative is responsible for managing member interactions, including sales, retention, and providing excellent customer service. They also perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and processing payments at the front desk.
Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, along with experience in cash management and computer operations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this position.

Member Service Representatives are responsible for conducting all member interaction tasks to promote member satisfaction, membership sales, and retention. These tasks include phone and in-person interaction with members and YMCA staff members, administrative activities that may include member and program enrollment, record keeping, and payment processing.
Occasional evening and weekend availability required.
This is a Part Time position.
