The Maintenance Manager provides strategic leadership for the Maintenance, Reliability, and E/I/Controls departments to maximize equipment reliability and asset preservation. The location in Plymouth, (North Carolina, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Maintenance Manager. This job is full-time permanent.
Reporting to the Mill Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible and accountable for providing strategic leadership for all aspects of the Maintenance Department and team, including Maintenance, Reliability and E/I/Controls. As a member of the Mill leadership team, you will be responsible for developing short, intermediate, and long-term strategies for improving the critical elements of the maintenance operations.
You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
